I dati sono in questo senso chiari.” Intervento del Presidente CRUI all’Open Day RAI-MUR in occasione della Giornata Internazionale delle donne nell’ICT.

Programma 

L’assemblea della CRUI ha approvato all’unanimità la proposta di riordino della prima parte della carriera accademica (il cosiddetto pre-ruolo). Ovvero quel percorso che dal conseguimento del dottorato di ricerca conduce all’entrata nel ruolo di professore universitario. Il testo, frutto di mesi di lavoro collettivo di tutti i rettori, intende fornire un supporto alla discussione sul tema in corso presso il MUR e le Camere. 

Una proposta che supera i tecnicismi per affrontare i veri obiettivi: ringiovanire il corpo docente, armonizzare il sistema di reclutamento italiano con gli standard europei e internazionali, rispondere al precariato attraendo i giovani di talenti, superare la dicotomia tra fra ricercatore di tipo A e ricercatore di tipo B e, grazie a una pianificazione di risorse, migliorare il rapporto studenti/docenti per raggiungere la media europea. 

Il documento della CRUI, rispondendo alle esigenze di riforma previste dal Next Generation Europe, nasce dalla volontà di rendere sempre più attrattive le carriere di ricerca nel nostro paese, in un momento storico in cui abbiamo preso coscienza del valore della ricerca e dell’alta formazione per affrontare la complessità delle sfide di domani.

OPENING SESSION of the UniSmartItaly fair (2021, April 16th )

THEMATIC WEBINAR

UniSmartItaly is a virtual fair presenting the Italian academic system in synergy with the business system, especially with Italian companies in Vietnam. It is organized by the Conference of Italian University Rectors-CRUI and the Italian Trade Agency-ICE, with the support of the Embassy of Italy in Vietnam and Uni-Italia, the association promoting the Italian Higher Education abroad.

• get to know the Italian higher education system as an integrated scientific-entrepreneurial system and its opportunities for Vietnamese students;
• identify the right motivation to study in Italy;
• understand the added value of the connections between universities and the Italian productive world.

• welcome new Vietnamese students to Italian universities, offering internship opportunities in Italian companies;
• establish or strengthen new relationships between all participating universities and companies.
